TNTU Scientist Participates in International Scientific Internship “AI Revolution in Research and Education: Mastering Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Ethical Innovations”

An international scientific internship titled “AI Revolution in Research and Education: Mastering Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Ethical Innovations” commenced on June 26. The internship is being conducted remotely from June 26 to August 6, 2025, lasting 180 hours (6 ECTS credits).

The organizers of the international scientific internship are the East European Association of Scientists (Warsaw, Poland). With the assistance of Lyudmyla ZAVIDNA, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Innovation Management and Service Sector, and a member of the East European Association of Scientists (Warsaw, Poland), Iryna DIDYCH, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Mathematics, Associate Professor at TNTU, and partner of OPOLE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (Poland), was invited as a speaker.
The goal of the international internship is to provide Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical staff with advanced knowledge and competencies in the field of artificial intelligence, including the development of neural networks, machine learning, image generation, and data processing, as well as mastering ethical principles of AI use for research automation, academic text creation, and personalized learning. This aims to increase innovation potential and promote the integration of modern technologies into scientific and educational activities.
Iryna DIDYCH, PhD, is presenting on the following topics:
* Artificial Neural Networks: Theory and Practice. The first lecture has already taken place, with two more planned for the coming weeks.
* Machine Learning in Artificial Intelligence Systems.
* AI-based Image Generation.
Upon completion of the internship, a Certificate of Scientific and Pedagogical Internship will be issued, confirming participation in an internship at a scientific institution in an OECD country.
This international scientific internship will be a valuable experience for professional growth, expanding scientific contacts, and exchanging modern educational practices. The role of an invited speaker confirms the high scientific level of expertise of lecturer Iryna DIDYCH, PhD, and contributes to strengthening the academic image of the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies and TNTU at the international level.
