According to Scopus 2022, TNTU has improved its results in the ranking of Ukrainian universities

The portal Osvita.ua published the next annual ranking of Ukrainian higher education institutions based on data from the Scopus scientometric database.

The results of the rating are based on the citation rates of scientific articles published by educational institutions or their specialists.

The Scopus database constantly indexes more than 20,000 scientific publications in technical, medical and humanitarian sciences. This database also includes publications of scientific journals, materials of conferences and book publications.

In the ranking table, 195 Ukrainian universities are ranked according to the Hirsch index, a quantitative indicator based on the number of scientific publications and the number of their citations.

Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University once again improves its position in the rating of Ukrainian institutions of higher education according to data from the Scopus scientometric database. This year, the university was ranked #62, higher than in 2021.

As of May 2022, TNTU has 1,052 publications, 3,923 citations and 22 positions according to the quantitative indicator – the Hirsch index.
