Since 2022, TNTU has been participating in the international project UA-Talent-UP, “Development of Entrepreneurship, Creativity, and Intercultural Competencies for Quality Teaching in Ukraine” (https://tntu.edu.ua/?p=uk/inter/projects/ua-talent-up), as part of KA2, CBHE, Erasmus+ program. The project aims to enhance the competencies of educators and trainers in Ukrainian higher education institutions to strengthen global entrepreneurial potential and creativity.
On October 4, 2024, a partner meeting was held between the Ukrainian universities participating in the project (Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University (TNTU), Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (UEPA), Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics (KhNUE), International European University (IEU), Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), and Lviv National Academy of Arts (LNAM)).
During the meeting, several important issues and project development prospects were discussed. Specifically, participants reviewed the project’s current state, achieved results, and next steps. An important aspect of the meeting was the discussion of the opening of Creativity Hubs in the partner universities and the determination of tasks and expected outcomes within the framework of Work Package 2 and Work Package 3 according to the Gantt chart. Additionally, topics for discussion at the upcoming coordination meeting, which will take place at the Pontifical University of Salamanca from November 18 to 22, 2024, were identified.
Finally, participants addressed several issues related to creating massive online courses, project communication processes, and quality assurance.
