According to the results of the updated uniRank University Ranking 2022, Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University is ranked #19 among domestic HEIs and #3969 in the world ranking. This year’s ranking includes 14,000 universities from 200 countries, including 185 Ukrainian universities.

#UniRank University Ranking is a non-academic ranking (formerly known as 4ICU) that examines the quality of representation and popularity of higher education institutions in the Internet space based on independent webometric indicators collected from authoritative sources. The ranking aims to help students, teachers and researchers assess the overall popularity of the university.

 The current rating is calculated using a special formula based on web metrics data:

 Moz Domain Authority ‒ indicates the number and quality of external links to the site according to Google search engine data;
 SimilarWeb Global Rank – (more details on the website https://www.similarweb.com);
 Majestic Referring Domains ‒ indicates the number and quality of external links to the site according to the data of the Majestic search;
 Majestic Trust Flow ‒ flow of trust ‒ determines the strength of the links indicated on the site.
