
From June 16 to 20, Tetiana Kuzhda, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Administration at TNTU, visited Iskenderun Technical University (Turkey) within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program. The visit program included a series of interesting meetings and events aimed at strengthening educational and scientific ties between the institutions.
As part of the educational component of the visit, Tetiana Kuzhda delivered lectures to students and faculty of the university on the topics: “The impact of migration on the course of Ukraine’s post-war recovery and the migration policy of the EU” and “International trade and trade policy.”
During the visit, meetings were held with Prof. Dr. Nazif Çaliş, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management; Doc. Dr. Sertaç Hopoğlu and Elif Balkanlioğlu Ğokpinar, Head of the Department of International Trade and Management; as well as the faculty staff of the department.
Iskenderun Technical University includes 7 faculties, vocational schools, a foreign language school, a conservatory, and a postgraduate institute. The university, founded in 2015, already educates approximately 14,000 students, including over 850 international students.
The participants of the visit express sincere gratitude to Erasmus coordinator of Iskenderun Technical University, Murat Turkmenoğlu (ÖĞR. GÖR. Murat Turkmenoğlu), for his support in organizing the visit and conducting a tour of the university. We also thank Res. Asst.
