A meeting of participants of the Erasmus+ UA-Talent-UP project was held at the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain).   

Since 2023, Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University, as part of a consortium of European and Ukrainian universities, has been implementing an international project within the framework of the Erasmus+ program (area KA2 Capacity Buildint of HEIs) “Stepping – up Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Intercultural Competences for High Quality Teaching in Ukraine” (UA-Talent-Up).

As part of this international project, Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor Yuriy Skorenky and Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Tetyana Kuzhda took part in a working meeting at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, Spain, from November 18 to 22. The participants summarized the trainings on the development of entrepreneurship,creativity and intercultural competences and global competences conducted during the project implementation, and discussed approaches to creating mass online courses.

Associate Professor Tetyana Kuzhda presented a report on the state of preparation for the opening of the TNTU Creativity Hub, revealed the key points of the Regulation on the TNTU Creativity Hub and other aspects related to it. Associate Professor Yuriy Skorenky outlined the vision of the TNTU team regarding the mass online course, which will be created by Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University.

The project participants from Cyprus (University of Cyprus) presented the platform of the future online course, the composition of its main modules. The project participants agreed on the issues of assessment, compliance with standards, inclusivity and accessibility  requirements. A separate event within the three-day visit was a round table dedicated to the sustainability of Ukrainian universities.

The National Erasmus+ office and the International Cooperation Office TNTU provide ongoing support and guidance in the implementation of the project, the international coordinator of which is the Pontifical University of Salamanca.

The project will soon result in the opportunity to conduct trainings on the development of entrepreneurship, creativity, intercultural and global competencies for students and academic staff at the TNTU Creativity Hub.
